SPM & OSM services
- Consultation and/or active part in the preliminary and final SPM design for MEP services by developing and detailing of system routing.
- Development of MEP support concepts
- Detail design of MEP supports including structural calculations, detail drawings and quantity surveying (BOQ’s)
- Complete space management coordination and 3D modelling by application of BIM model software
- Fully coordinated seperated SPM isometric drawings in Plant 3D inclusive BOQ’s based on the BIM model
- Consultation in all stages of the project for possible modularization (OSM), inclusive all related points like:
- Detail design of the modules
- Lifting, fixing and final assembly of the modules on-site
